| ANOTHER PRETTY FACE was spawned at "The Farm" in Bangor. Pa. in 1972. They started playing PA. clubs 5 nights a week almost immediately. They wore makeup and girls shoes and played "Cock Rock". There simply wasn't anything even close to this happening in PA. at the time. They played songs by T. Rex, Roxy Music, Bowie, Cockney Rebel, Jobriath and Sparks along with their original tunes. Soon ANOTHER PRETTY FACE was playing N.Y.C. (Club 82, Max's, Coventry, Bottom Line etc). They started touring the east coast from Fla. to Canada. The reaction in N.Y. was awesome. Articles and photos of ANOTHER PRETTY FACE were featured in The Village Voice, Cavalier, Circus, Rock Scene, N. Y. Rocker, and, in England, in Melody Maker. (Melody Maker called T. Roth "The mutant son of Bowie and Bryan Ferry".) This generated enough interest for a production company to put them in a studio to record what would become the never released "21ST CENTURY ROCK".
